Tour Details
Day 1 Burren
Visit leaves for the Burren and Cliffs of Moher, we proceed to the acclaimed Bunratty before we head back to Galway.
We will go along the coast by means of Ballyvaughan, Fanore, Doolin, Lahinch to Bunratty Manor, with lots of chances to take photographs, before returning to Galway city.
Day 2 Aran Islands
45 mins drive along the Wild Atlantic Way route to the fishing harbour of Rossaveal, where we board the ferry for 45 min sailing to the largest of the 3 Aran islands. On the Inishmore you will be met by a local native guide, who will show you the best bits not listed on guide books.
Visit the seal colony, 7 churches, Bungowla fishing village, traditional knitting, and fishing boats, dun Aonghasa Fort and cliffs.
Return to Galway
Depart at 0900
Return at 1900
Day 3 Connemara.
Visits include Kylemore Abbey and Victoria walled gardens, Dan O’Hara Homestead, Inagh Valley, bogs, 12 Ben’s mountain range, Killary Fjord, Quiet Man Bridge
